Packages are prepaid. A minimum of one service hour applies per task, with additional time calculated in 30-minute increments. Transportation, parking, tolls, delivery charges, purchases and other third-party expenses are charged separately.

What services does We Manage Bangkok provide?

We offer personalized concierge assistance in Bangkok, including errands, shopping, appointment coordination, home assistance, document-related errands, and other special requests. All requests are subject to availability and service scope.

Can I book a one-time service?

Yes. We offer pay-as-you-go assistance as well as prepaid service packages, depending on your needs.

How much does the service cost?

Our pay-as-you-go rate is THB 1,000 per hour. Prepaid packages are also available. Please visit our Packages section for current pricing.

Are transportation costs included?

Transportation costs are charged separately based on actual expenses. We generally use Grab where practical and provide receipts for transparency.

How long are prepaid packages valid?

Prepaid service packages are valid for six months from the purchase date.

Can you make purchases or payments on my behalf?

Yes, subject to prior agreement and advance funding. Purchases and payments are handled according to our Service Terms. Additional payment facilitation fees may apply.

Can I request services outside normal business hours?

Our regular business hours are Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 (Bangkok time). Weekend and after-hours services may be available by prior arrangement.
